After winning a nice little jackpot, and along with other winnings, I decided to cash out. Immediately the casino put up road blocks to stymie my attempts at withdrawal. They required copies of all credit cards ever used at their site whether or not they were used to deposit what what turned out to be the winning deposit. In my case, I had shredded two of the cards not recently used after I closed the accounts. they demanded copies of the cards no matter my personal circumstances. Stating they would make a decision "in a couple of day", this drug on for 11 days each time stating "we are reviewing your documents" or "we must have copies of the two credit cards you say you no longer have." Finally, on the 12th day of this blocking scheme, I played all my winnings to 0 and closed the account. Immediately I got two simultaneous messages, on saying I should have been more "patient" (they bill themselves as payout professionals who clear payouts in two days) and the other requesting copies of the two closed credit card accounts which were not used and which had been shredded!With each new communication the exchange from their end got colder and colder and finally ended in attempts to shame me for "not having patience."
