I'm quite taken back by the amount of patience and time spent answering all my questions. A gentleman by the name of Bizzy was very helpful and insightful, he never even hinted that he was ready to end our chat and move onto his next task ( which is what you'd normally get from a random customer service representative). That much I really appreciate, given I was the one who failed to do my due diligence and read the terms and conditions.

I can't say yet because I didn't deposit id think anyway.but I'll do a review after I play. They either have a to find a reason not to payout?? I submitted my verification docs on the Sept 5th along with my first withdraw of 900. After two days of nothing I reversed my payout and lost it all. Made another deposit the next day and made my play through and again made a withdraw of 700. Waited 2 more days and then I see an email my face pick holding my ID was no good. They said my ID was blurry. So on the 9th reversed my withdraw and lost it away. So upset with this process. Then on the 10 deposited went bust several times. Then on the late 11th I finally pulled a substantial win and attpted to withdraw 1500. Only to still not be verified and waiting for what? I sent all my docs. So after finding this out I again reversed my withdraw and this time lady luck was on my side and my balance is currently holding at 2100.00 So now I'm going to stop 100% and give them a few more days and fill out as many reviews of vetted badges from their site and give them a true review of what my experience is and make corrections to all my reviews if they payout. Hopefully they will pay out because u broke up with Bovada, Cafe casino, slots.lv and ignition to exclusively play here. I hope this was a sound decision. As its been months of depositing at those casinos and I'm not able to win to save my life. Please DuckyLuck be about what you say you do and verify me and process my withdraw please and I will be happy to change my review to the highest.
